Who can report a missed collection if you miss a shared or communal garden waste bin?
Any one of the residents effected can report a missed collection. Please do make sure that a shared garden waste bin is clearly marked and that the missed collection is reported under the same house/property number that is subscribed to the garden waste collection service.
