Your crews keep returning my garden waste bin down the road instead of putting it back where I've left it outside/near my property.
Please make sure that both your property and your garden waste bin are clearly numbered so that our collection crew can easily see which property it is from.
Whilst crews endeavour to return wheeled bins to the same place they have collected them from, there may be circumstances such as traffic that stops them doing this on the day. If you are still not satisfied, please call the council call centre on 0121 368 1177 weekdays between 8am and 5.30pm and an advisor will take details and raise a complaint/enquiry for you.
