Can I have a refund if the service has not been able to access the bin(s) due to access difficulties?

No, we will not issue refunds for the garden waste subscription service if the service cannot be delivered due to road works or utility works effecting your street.  We will however, make every effort to provide the service when safe access is available.  In some circumstances we may require residents to present their garden waste bins at a different location so that we can collect them but will notify residents as soon as possible.
