Adult Social Care in Sandwell was judged to provide good-quality support, with inspectors highlighting strong progress and positive feedback from residents and carers. The new Carers Hub and the 12‑week pathway for people with learning disabilities and/or autism were praised for boosting confidence and improving community connections.

Bridgit Care is a digital tool designed to help unpaid carers quickly find trusted information, guidance and local support. The platform signposts carers to reliable resources from the Council, NHS and Government, and provides information in over 40 languages

Our Shared Lives Scheme offers long term placements, short term overnight respite and day respite for people with learning disabilities and/ or autism in Sandwell. We are actively looking for more people who could help make a difference.

Adult Social Care's most valuable asset is its staff, and we are currently recruiting to various positions within our services to support Sandwell residents live healthy and independent lives.
