What do I do if my bin hasn't been emptied?

If your bin has not been collected on your normal collection day, you can report it online within two days of it being missed. Report a missed bin.

If we haven’t emptied one of your waste or recycling bins and we’ve left a sticker or you’ve tried to log a missed collection and you can’t, here's some advice.
