What do I do if my bin wasn’t emptied because it was damaged?
Occasionally we can’t empty a bin because it is damaged – if this happens please report this.
All bin repairs are free of charge and if your bin cannot be repaired we will leave you a free replacement bin and collect your damaged one.
If we need to take away your old bin, we will move your rubbish into your new container ready for your next collection.
