Asbestos Register
We are acting to ensure we are able to maintain a register of asbestos management surveys for communal areas.
We are implementing a new compliance system that will include an asbestos register and will provide a robust mechanism to monitor the legislative requirements around asbestos in communal areas.
This is on track to be fully implemented by March 2025.
