Our office hours are 8.30am to 5pm on weekdays. Outside office hours, the email inbox will be checked periodically.

Photography, filming and recording
We often take photos, video and sometimes audio recordings at council buildings and events.
If you feature in any such photos, videos or recordings, you will be asked for your consent. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian will need to consent on your behalf.
We use these images, videos and recordings for:
- Council publicity, advertising and exhibition materials;
- Council and partner organisation websites, social media channels and digital communications; and
- Other news media including print, radio, television and online.
Images and audio are stored electronically in accordance with Data Protection laws, including and without exception the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and may be used for up to five years from the date of signing a consent form.
