Our fees and charges will be increasing April 2026.  Please note that any enquiry received after 10.30am on Tuesday 31 March 2026 will be dealt with the following day and therefore required to be submitted with the revised April fee.  Here are the revised fees and charges.

Here is a guide on the current charges.   We have updated our fees table to include our compiled con29 data in report form charge on residential properties.  Please refer to  HM Land Registry's National Register for your LLC1.

Full Residential Local Authority Searches only: Planning and Building Regulation approvals are attached free of charge. Copies of any other documents revealed in your official local authority search can also be provided free of charge upon request.

Please note: Searches will not be processed without the correct fee being paid. At present we are only accepting payment by Bank Transfer. Please contact angela_price@sandwell.gov.uk for our bank details and for any enquiries relating to local authority searches.
