Breastfeeding Network infant feeding drop-in support session. Every Thursday 12.30pm – 2pm (excluding half terms). Drop-in support group creating a free, safe space for parents to meet other parents, ask questions and access evidence-based information on all aspects of breastfeeding/chest feeding and infant feeding for babies of all ages. Artic Adventure. Friday 8 August time tbc. Join adventurer, explorer and naturalist Dwayne Fields to find out about his extraordinary adventures. In 2010, Dwayne set himself his first of many challenges, becoming the first black Briton to walk over 400 nautical miles to the magnetic North Pole. On his return he was invited to Buckingham Palace by none other than the Queen, joining other polar explorers and adventurers at a reception to mark the centenary of Scott’s expedition to the South Pole.
