What should I do if I move house?
Households are required to replace containers if they are lost or stolen. When householders move from a property, they should leave the correct container for each of the waste services at the property for the new occupants.
Where a household has previously changed the size of their bins and now has a non-standard size, they should contact the Council when they move so their bins can be moved to their new house, provided this is still within the borough and the container is suitable for the location and standard container replacements are issued for new occupants.
