Council offices will be closed on Friday 3 April (Good Friday) and Monday 6 April (Easter Monday) due to the Easter Bank Holidays. Our offices will reopen from Tuesday 7 April.
You can still report issues or request services online - here's a list of things you can report through our website. If you are reporting a problem online while our offices are closed, we may not come back to you until we re-open.
There's more information on the rest of this page that may be useful over the Easter Bank Holiday period.
Don't forget, you can still visit our Supporting Sandwell information hub for advice and to check which Welcoming Spaces are open.

Bin collections
There are no changes to bin collections over Easter
Please put your bins out on the usual day.
If the bins or bags in your street are not collected, please leave them out at the kerbside and we'll get to them as soon as possible. You can check for updates on bin collections.
If you have extra rubbish, you can book a slot and take it to the tip at Shidas Lane - open every day 8am - 4pm.

Monday 30 March - for payments made using Pay Point, PayPal or at the Post Office.
Thursday 2 April (before 6pm) - for card payments (online or via the automated phoneline) and cash payments.

People who need medical help that isn’t an emergency should contact NHS 111 in the first instance by visiting the NHS 111 website or by calling 111.
NHS 111 can help direct people to the most appropriate local health service if they aren’t sure where to go – this could include an out of hours GP, a pharmacy, a local NHS walk-in centre, or a hospital accident & emergency (A&E) department.
