Lost or stolen Blue Badge
If your Blue Badge is lost or stolen, you can now report this online via the MySandwell portal. You also need to:
Obtain a crime reference number: If your badge was stolen, you will need a crime reference number from the police.
Request a replacement: Use the MySandwell form to request a replacement Blue Badge. If you are not already registered for MySandwell, you will need to register for an account.
Cost and processing time: Replacement badges cost £10, and processing can take up to 10 working days once your documents are received.
Returning the old badge: If you find your old badge after reporting it lost or stolen, do not use it as it will have been cancelled.
