How to appeal

If an individual’s application was refused, they can appeal via the MySandwell portal dedicated area for appeals. Details will be sent to the email used to apply or renew for the Blue Badge.

An appeal must be made within 28 days of the application being refused, and the individual must give full details of their case and why they are appealing and any evidence they feel would support the appeal. A decision will be made within 28 days and you will be notified of the decision.
