Key Responsibilities Include:
• Processing incoming paperwork accurately and efficiently, transferring information from paper to digital formats • Liaising with site-based operatives to ensure proper data collection and providing necessary support • Monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately • Making outbound calls to schedule appointments with customers • Ensuring all tasks meet high standards and daily targets are achieved • Efficiently scheduling works and managing operatives' diaries • Ordering materials as needed • Communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, etc., via phone and email.

Customer Liaison Officer
Oldbury
£26k plus company van
Key Responsibilities Include: 
• Liaising with customers ensuring a high level of communication to help build relationships • Reporting to the project manager regularly regarding any ongoing issues and feedback • Communicating with the customer service team, monitoring all feedback • Ensuring customer enquiries are recorded and responded to promptly • Assisting the site managers in monitoring ongoing installations and instructing installation teams, to ensure they are working to the companies HSE & Quality standards.
A driving licence is essential as is previous experience in a similar, customer facing role.

Site Manager
£45k plus company van
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Ensuring deadlines are met in accordance with the project program • Implementing and monitoring Health & Safety measures • Co-ordination and supervision of site activities • Manage delivery of materials & equipment • Delivery of site inductions & toolbox talks • Communicating on site with clients, ensuring they fully understand the works to be carried out & answering any queries • Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with project forecasts / deadlines
Driving licence and Site Management qualifications (e.g.STMS) required

Part-Time Home Care Assistant
Location: Sandwell

Homecare Assistants required to help people in Sandwell to live independently in their own homes. Experience is not necessary, as training is provided. Must have a UK driving licence and own car.
