Terminating a garage
If you no longer require the use of the garage you can notify us online via MySandwell contact us about your housing.
To end your garage tenancy, you will need to;
- Give a minimum of 7 days' notice
- Upload a photograph of your garage to confirm it is empty. If you do not remove all items from the garage you will be recharged for the removal of them
If a tenant has passed away, we will require a copy of the death certificate before the garage tenancy can be terminated.
