Give your feedback on the new Housing Management Service Standards.

Sandwell Councils Housing Teams are in the process of developing service standards which set the level of service that we are committed to delivering and that you can expect to receive when you are in contact with us.

We have an overall set of Housing Service Standards that explains the basic level of service that all housing teams are committed to providing, along with a core set of service standards specific to each team.

These were available until 13th March 2026 for feedback and are now being finalised.
