If your property is a small HMO and falls within the area the map provided (see below) then yes. If it is a small HMO and does not fall within the designated area, then we suggest you take advice to check that it is HMO compliant.
You can also check if your property falls in the West Bromwich Central ward (where HMO additional licensing applies) by checking the postcode to see who the local councillors are. If the property falls under West Bromwich Central ward, then these rules apply. You can also view a list of street names affected by the scheme.
