Privacy Notice in relation to the Adult Social Care (ASC) Client Level Data Return
From April 2023 Adult Social Care must make a statutory data return each year called the Client Level Data Return.
The data we process and submit is mandatory and a legal obligation under the Health and Social Care Act 2012. Please see our Client Level Data privacy notice for more information.
