  • Administration costs of processing the application.
  • Cost of representatives to assess safety measures in place.
  • Cost of checks of paperwork and verification documents.
  • Cost of use of the venue as determined by the hire period.

 

Event fees do not include:

  • Equipment or event infrastructure.
  • Parking provision.
  • Event management support.
  • External services required to hire e.g. security or medical.
  • Reparation of any damages.
