Event Classifications
We classify bookings into two categories: Community and Commercial.
Community Events are activities organised by charities, not-for-profit, or voluntary groups that directly benefit the communities of Sandwell. These events do not generate commercial gain or provide significant marketing for profit-making organisations.
Examples of community events include local charity fundraisers, community group meetings, public information sessions, and youth club activities.
Commercial Events are typically organised for profit, may involve ticket sales, or are designed to raise the marketing profile of an organisation.
Example of commercial events include national charity fundraising events, corporate conferences, and ticketed concerts or performances.
