Sandwell Community Information & Participation Service (SCIPS) are a well-established community led and governed charity who support local tenants and resident associations (TRA's) and communities across Sandwell to grow and develop. SCIPS, work with tenants and residents to build a sense of belonging, community spirit, and pride towards their neighbourhoods.

The Tenant Engagement Team work closely with, (SCIPS) to ensure an independent, critical friend approach is taken to challenge services being delivered by Sandwell Council.
