Tenant Leaseholder and Scrutiny Group - Your Neighbourhood Needs You
Sandwell Council are currently recruting tenants and leaseholders to be part of the Tenant Leaseholder Scrutiny Group (TLSG) to ensure better quality in the delivery of housing services. Support, Induction and training will be provided if you are successful. So if you are passionate about your neighbourhood and can represent the interests of fellow tenants and leaseholders, then please get in touch with us to find out more.

Winter Pop Up Events are coming - Have your say and meet the Tenant Engagement Team
The Tenant Engagement Team are on the road again to meet tenants and leaseholders as part of their six-town winter tour of Sandwell. This is a great opportunity for the tenant engagement team to listen to tenants and resident’s views and to let them know of different ways that they can get involved to ensure the tenant and leaseholder voice is heard. Issues raised from the summer tour ranged from housing service queries, welfare support, and anti-social behaviour related concerns, plus several tenants and residents signed up to the weekly resident newsletter.

Digi Comm Power Up & SCIPS Free Training Opportunities
Are you unsure of digital, would you like to learn more in a relaxed environment? Then why not get involved in a number of free sessions due to take place in 2026.
The free sessions will focus on.
