Important notice

The date shown for representation against each entry is the date by which a responsible authority or any other person may make representations in respect of the application.

Representations, which must be about the impact of the grant upon the licensing objectives, must be made in writing.

Applications may be inspected at the offices of licensing section which are situated at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE by prior appointment during office hours Monday to Friday. Arrangements for inspection can be made by emailing licensing_team@sandwell.gov.uk

An application to review a premises licence has been made from West Midlands Police

West Midlands Police have grounds to believe the Premises has failed to promote the prevention of crime and disorder licensing objective. The Premises Licence has not been displayed and licensing conditions have not been complied with.

West Midlands Police have commented that the Premises undermines the following licensing objective: 

1) The prevention of crime and disorder.
