Licensing Act 2003 application to review a current premises licence

The Licensing Authority has received notification from the Magistrates Court of a Closure Order under Section 80 (5) of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime & Policing Act 2014.
This has triggered a Licensing Review under Section 167 of the Licensing Act 2003.
