Sandwell Council’s Specialist Employment Team (SET)
The Think Sandwell Specialist Employment Team supports residents with a disability or mental health condition who would like to find or return to work but would need additional support to do so.
To access this service you must be a Sandwell resident, unemployed, have a disability or mental health condition and want support to find paid employment.
