Please note that due to the Coronavirus situation, at the moment we are unable to accept any paper applications, however, we are still accepting electronic submissions from the Planning Portal and also via email to buildingconsultancy@sandwell.gov.uk.  We are also unable to take payment for the application by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.  Please contact buildingconsultancy@sandwell.gov.uk to discuss your options for payment.
