We need people who have access to the internet to request services online. This will help free up our phone lines for people who don't have access to the internet who are often the most vulnerable.
Wherever possible, please set up a MySandwell account to access council services, pay bills and report issues.
Computers are available to use for free at your local library.

For customers who cannot access services online or via the telephone, the Housing Teams are available to support customers in person:
Tipton Office between 10am - 2pm (Monday-Friday)
Wednesbury Town Hall between 10am - 2pm (Monday-Friday)
Smethwick Council House between 10am - 2pm (Monday-Friday)
In addition to this Housing Officers will be holding surgeries at the following locations and times to receive any housing-related enquiries in person:
Oldbury Council House every Thursday between the hours of 9am and 12pm
Community Hubs
- Central Library, West Bromwich every Tuesday between the hours of 10am and 4.30pm
- Blackheath Library every Wednesday between the hours of 10am and 4.30pm

If you are homeless
If you are homeless and:
- you have nowhere to stay tonight
- you are in imminent danger

If you find yourself with nowhere to stay outside office hours or over the weekend and bank holidays please contact Housing Solutions out of hours on 01323 690856.
We can only give emergency advice on this line - if you have somewhere safe to stay, even if this is temporary, please contact during office hours (Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm) on 0121 368 1166 (option 2).
