We need people who have access to the internet to request services online. This will help free up our phone lines for people who don't have access to the internet who are often the most vulnerable.
Wherever possible, please set up a MySandwell account to access council services, pay bills and report issues.
You can also report repairs online.
Computers are available to use for free at your local library.
You can email your Local for non-urgent matters:
For customers who cannot access services online or via the telephone, the Local Centres are open to support customers in person:
Oldbury Local 10am - 2pm
Tipton Local 10am - 2pm
Wednesbury Local 10am - 2pm
Smethwick Local 10am - 2pm
West Bromwich Local 10am - 2pm
Please pay your rent and council tax online or by phone
