The Housing Repairs and Maintenance Policy outlines the principles and standards for our responsive repairs service, detailing how we will:

Reporting a Repair

You can report repairs by:

  • Calling 0121 569 6000 (Mon–Fri, 8am–5.30pm)
  • Using MySandwell online (link attached)
  • For emergencies outside these hours, call 0800 844 112
