This is a new service to help people avoid falling into debt.
These messages may include reminders when payments are due, reminders when payments are overdue, requests for payments of arrears, final notices, summons and liability orders.
Our text messages and emails never ask for your bank details - they send you to a secure payment screen where you can choose how to make a payment.
If you have any doubt about a message you have received, contact us directly - do not give out your personal details.
