Empty property review
Every year, the council reviews empty properties in Sandwell.
We are required by law to keep accurate Council Tax records. Reviewing empty properties also helps us to tackle the shortfall in available housing.
If you have received a letter telling you that your empty property is being reviewed, please complete the online form below to tells us if your property is still empty, or if it is now occupied.
