If you have not received a new recycling (blue) bag you can request one online or call the us on 0121 368 1177. You can also collect a bag from Sandwell Council House reception in Oldbury, B69 3DE.
Remember - your recycling (blue) bag is used for recycling paper, cardboard and cartons.
