Reporting Repairs, Contacting Housing, and Getting Help

If you’re a council tenant and need repairs, or have a housing issue you can report repairs by:

  • Calling 0121 569 7474 (Mon–Fri, 8am–5.30pm)
  • Using MySandwell online.
  • For emergencies outside these hours, call 0800 844 112.
