Tell us about someone who is rough sleeping
Clicking and completing the above form will let the Rough Sleepers Team know about someone who is rough sleeping, and the team will contact the individual. The form can be completed by concerned members of the public, external organisations/agencies and individuals who are rough sleeping themselves.

Severe weather
The council initiates its severe weather emergency provision whenever the outside temperature is predicted to hit zero degrees or below. Access to this provision is co-ordinated by the council’s Housing Solutions team.
