Tipton Community Heritage Museum is now refurbished with new displays and information about the town. The museum is inside Tipton library and it's open to visitors during library opening hours.

Included in the centre are temporary displays covering various aspects of Tipton's industrial and social history, along with information about the canals - which led to Tipton being called 'The Venice of the Midlands'.

There is also a local history section within the library. A series of joint events and exhibitions staged throughout the year at the library.
