If you spot a fault with a street light such as an unlit lamp at night or one which is lit during the day in your neighbourhood please let us know.

If you are worried that a lamp post is dangerous, for example if you can see wiring, the street light has been hit by a vehicle or is leaning, please get in touch with us urgently.

How long does it take to repair a faulty street light?

We like to repair faulty lights within five working days, but if there is a problem with the power supply we will need to get in touch with the electricity company who usually attend within 25 working days of receiving the report.
