Are you a landlord with a property to let and would like to work with us?
The service has a new offer for private sector landlords which will link people needing homes to landlords with properties to fill. The offer is still under development but includes a list of incentives to make it attractive to landlords including landlords insurance paid for by the council that provides cover for rent arrears (up to 6 months) and property damage that is not available to the wider market.
Exactly what incentives apply will depend on what can be agreed with individual landlords and how long they make the properties available. Simply though, the longer you can give us the property - the more incentives we will give you.
