We need people who have access to the internet to request services online. This will help free up our phone lines for people who don't have access to the internet who are often the most vulnerable.
Wherever possible, please set up a MySandwell account to access council services, pay bills and report issues.
Computers are available to use for free at your local library.
You can email your Housing Team for non-urgent matters: Housing_Hub@sandwell.gov.uk
For customers who cannot access services online or via the telephone, the Housing Teams are available to support customers in person:
Oldbury One Stop Shop between 9am - 5.30pm (Monday-Thursday) 9am - 5pm (Friday)
Tipton Office between 10am - 2pm (Monday-Friday)
