Tenant Engagement pop up events- Winter 2025
The Sandwell Council Tenant Engagement Team were touring Sandwell over the winter months and stopped by the Kuumba Centre. The Organisation provides a range of culturally responsive services for people of African and Caribbean descent who are affected by mental ill health, and the wider community promoting sustainable recovery and wellbeing.to hear tenant’s views and voices.
The drop-in session provided an opportunity for an informal chat or to learn more about what the Tenant Engagement Team does and how they can support tenants’ needs. The service users who are Sandwell tenants and leaseholders attended the drop-in session, where they openly spoke about their tenant issues and concerns. They gained valuable advice and support from Bal and Paul from the Tenant Engagement Team.
