Consultation
As of Monday 8th January 2024, Sandwell Council have been in consultation for an addtitional licensing scheme to cover the whole of the Sandwell Borough. The consultation will continue on until Monday 18th March 2024.
We are holding events for private tenants in Sandwell, Private Landlords, letting and managing agents, residents and businesses and organisations are able to come and have their say. Here is a list of events:

- Smethwick Fire Station, Stony Lane, Smethwick B67 7QW Thursday 8 Feb 2024 at 18:00 to 20.00
- Haden Cross Fire Station, Halesowen Rd, Cradley Heath B64 7JU Tuesday 20 Feb 2024 at 18:00 to 20.00
- SMBC, Oldbury Chambers, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3ED Monday 4 Mar 2024 at 18:00 to 20.00
