Why are we having a bag and not another bin?
The bag system is proven to work for the separation and collection of paper and card. The recycling blue bags we are rolling out are hard wearing, easy to store and the base has an 800g weight to prevent it from blowing away. Many households in Sandwell do not have space for another bin.
