Here you will find the list of candidates standing in each ward in the Local Elections taking place in Sandwell on Thursday 7 May 2026.

All 72 seats on Sandwell Council are up for election on Thursday 7 May 2026.
Each of Sandwell’s 24 wards has three councillors, meaning you can vote for up to three candidates at this election.
Polling stations are open from 7am until 10pm on polling day (Thursday 7 May).
Results of the Local Elections will be shared on this page when votes are counted on Friday 8 May.
