My bin hasn’t been collected. What should I do?
First, check if your bin was placed out by 5:30am and was not blocked. If it was missed, please report it via our website or call us. Please note collection times may vary during adverse weather conditions, but not before 5.30am
If your bin was put out on time and not been collected, it should have a tag on it explaining why it was not emptied.
