How do I apply for an allotment in Sandwell?

It’s simple to apply, just download the application form herecomplete and return it to allotment_enquiries@sandwell.gov.uk or collect an application form from West Smethwick Park Pavilion, West Park Road, Smethwick, B67 7JJ.

Our allotment sites are currently in high demand, and all have active waiting lists.

Once we receive your application, your details will be added to the appropriate waiting list. You will be contacted as soon as a plot becomes available at your chosen site.

Allotment Fees & Charges 2025- 2026

Our standard rental fee per allotment plot is charged at the following rates:

Sandwell Residents £52 per annum

Non- Sandwell Residents £104 per annum
