Walker Grange
Walker Grange is an Extra Care Scheme nestled within the the town of Tipton that boasts strong connections within the local community.
At Walker Grange our compassionate and caring staff provide support within an independent living environment.
The scheme is made up of 39 self-contained flats. Any Sandwell resident aged 55 and above, who has been assessed as requiring care or support, can apply for a tenancy at Walker Grange.
A range of activities are hosted within our inviting, comfortable communal areas. These are thoughtfully designed to support people with dementia and encourage them to join in, reminisce, and feel at ease in their surroundings.
