The STAR Home Support team recently received a heartfelt letter from the family of a person we supported.
The family expressed their gratitude for the kindness, compassion and dignity shown by staff, highlighting that the care provided went far beyond meeting physical needs.
They described how staff offered reassurance, comfort and support during a very difficult time and said that knowing their loved one was surrounded by caring and dedicated people gave them peace of mind.
The family concluded by thanking the team for the difference they made and said their dedication and kindness would never be forgotten.
