We regurlarly receive feedback from people that we have supported, carers, and family members.
It's important to us to listen carefully to what people tell us about their experiences, whether they have been in touch with us to receive advice or information, or gone on to receive short or longer term support as a result.
This helps us to make continuous improvements to the quality of our customer care and the way services are shaped.
