In order for us to carry out some security checks, can you ensure that you include the following information in the body of your email:

  • your full name / limited company name
  • your full address
  • the address your enquiry relates to (if different from the above)
  • your business rates account number
  • A piece of information about your business that only you would know. For example, How long you have traded from the property, the method you use to pay your Business Rates, your last payment date and amount, any reductions that you receive on your bill, etc
