Smethwick Town in Partnership with Soho Victoria Friends & Neighbours & St Albans Community Association, seek to recruit a 

Community Outreach Worker

Location: Smethwick
Salary: £12, 392 p.a.(16 months fixed term contract)
To create a programme of outreach work, which draws in local residents and enables them to articulate issues and concerns they would like to address through a series of workshops, designed to result in useable tools and approaches to problem solving, which improve their lives and build community resilience

Caretaker (16 hours per week)

Location: Smethwick
Wages: meets National Minimum/Living Wage with enhanced payment for Bank Holiday cover
You will be required to open and close the centre for out-of-hours bookings during evenings and weekends, providing assistance as required e.g. moving furniture, and ensuring hire space including toilets are clean and presentable for the next booking.
You will have a flexible approach to work and will vary your working hours based on the needs of the centre and your availability

Cleaner (10 hours per week)

Location: Smethwick
Wages: meets National Minimum/Living Wage
General cleaning duties including the maintenance of all floors, cleaning and dusting of furniture and fittings in all designated areas including the reception, meeting rooms and main halls, cleaning and disinfecting of toilets and kitchen area.
The range of cleaning duties includes washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying bins, polishing and dusting of designated areas, fixtures and fittings using where necessary powered equipment

Foundry Metallurgist /Technician

Location: Tipton
Wages: Exceeds National Minimum Wage
Highly Skilled individual required to operate electric induction and cupola furnaces for metal production. Must be familiar with CEL measurements and GNR spectrometer. 
The company is always looking to develop, and skills and experience that could take the company into new areas such as casting other metals will also be taken into account. This will be a senior position within the foundry
