Graffiti refers to words, drawings, scribbles or messages that are written, painted, sprayed, scratched or carved on a surface.
If the graffiti is on land (or a road) owned by the council please report it to us and we'll remove it.
If it is on private property it is the responsibility of the owner to remove it so please contact them.
