Who we may share your personal information with

Your personal information may be shared with internal departments or with external partners and agencies involved in delivering services on our behalf. Before we share your personal information, we make sure that those receiving this information understand their legal responsibility, we ensure your information is shared in a secure way, and we only share what is necessary. Before we share your personal information we decide whether the decision to share it is appropriate. We also make sure there is a written agreement between the council and the third party.
